It's also raising my barter skill nicely. They do sell much better if you repair them first.

The clothes don't sell for much unless they are hazmat or military but I don't need the cloth from scrapping so might as well sell. I'm still early in my single player game so I don't have a bunch of extra gun parts or anything. I've mostly been selling extra clothes I don't need. I plant: potatoes, corn, yucca, chrysanthium, mushrooms, hops, golden rod, aloe vera, cloth, coffee, and when I've got 2 full stacks of each thing, I then go to the trader and sell it all at once, it's not a consistent income, but it means every now and then you get lump sums of cash. But it doesn't apply to similar items, for example I could sell 2 stacks of potatoes, then sell 2 stacks of potato seeds.

Once I set a farm up I diversify my goods, to my knowledge you can sell 2 stacks of any item per day refresh. Gun parts can easily fetch dukes a pop and that increases quickly when you raise your barter. The durability of the item determines the price, not the quality. It's a nice way of buying some potatoes, though, if the loot containers refuse to give me one That way, I can afford to do multiple walks to the trader, should I have a lot to sell. For what the trader is selling: I always think before I buy - some items are awesome, but are not worth that insane amount of money. But I have not put this in practice yet - I did not have the time so far. And I doubt that I need all that wood for myself. LEGIT Ways To Get RICH in 7D2D & Trading 101Īll the Hazmat suits sell for a decent value as well - I often faint when I see someone loot a zombie that has three Hazmat suit parts in them extremely rareand then decide to not loot these suits I also plan on setting up a wood farm about trees, to start withand I might sell off some wood to increase barter skill, to get better deals on other sales to get some small money. I also sell oil barrels, but that's simply because I do not want to ride a minibike. One part does not sell for very high amounts, but it still sells for more than the value of scrap iron, if I were to melt it down in the forge.Įven crappy gun parts sell for a decent value in my opinion, at least. I sell gun parts for the guns that I do not want to shoot with. So i've been trying to make money, cause the good stuff will costs you over dukes What i learned so far: Gun parts - not worth selling Gas barrels - not worth selling Hazmat suits - worth selling military outfits - worth selling What do you guys sell to traders?
